For half a century, Boilermakers have attended annual conferences in the nation's capital to press our issues with Congress. These meetings teach us about politics and legislation — and they connect us with those who make vital decisions that impact our members, families and union.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - PLEASE READ

February 14, 2022 Update on D.C. COVID Protocols: Effective February 15, 2022, indoor venues will no longer be required to verify that patrons are vaccinated. Businesses may choose to keep vaccination requirements in place. Effective March 1, 2022, most indoor venues will no longer require a mask to enter except for public transit, taxis, and rideshare vehicles. Private businesses may require masks if they so choose. The Mayflower Hotel will follow the current guidance and will not require proof of vaccination as of February 15, 2022 and will not require masks as of March 1, 2022. We will update you if this guidance changes.

Registration & Hotel

All attendees, both delegates and their guests, must register for the conference. You can make your Mayflower hotel reservation at the end of the registration process.

We kindly request each conference attendee make a voluntary personal contribution of $45.00 to the Campaign Assistance Fund (CAF).*

*This amount is only a suggestion. You can contribute a different amount, or no amount, without suffering any reprisal or adverse consequences. CAF contributions are not tax deductible and must be made from personal funds. Contributions from union treasuries cannot be accepted.
